Mohammed Al Dhalaan has more than 30 years of professional work and experiences as a leader primarily in the telecommunications field and specifically in Sales, Marketing, Public Affairs (including competitor and market intelligence gathering/analysis), Public Relations (including corporate, employee and market communications, media relations and brand management/advertising, customer relations and corporate citizenship philanthropy), corporate planning, contracts management and executive management/administration.
He established own company in January 2008 virtually from scratch with business partners; initially targeting IT and communications companies but later also providing services to public utility companies.
He has a proven track record in accomplishing set targets and in consistently achieving high marks in reaching objectives.

Moath Alsohaibani is managing director and Acting CEO of KEIR International. As Acting CEO, Moath will lead KEIR International into becoming a significant player in an industry that provides services including better infrastructures and networks to public utility companies such as telecom operators, and electrical power. Moath brings to his new position his many professional experiences with Saudi Servies for Electro Mechanic Works Co.-SSEM, Saudi Electricity Company-SEC, Saudi Contractors Authority and GCC LAB. Moath was formerly Chairman of GBS And CEO of SSEM and senior member in projects management team of SEC, Founding & Board Member of SCA and Founding Member of GCC Lab. Moath, during his previous experience and professional career, looked after the overall performance of the companies he led and he led diversification and growth, led diversification initiatives and introduced new technologies and services to clients. Moath graduated with honors from the highly regarded King Saud University, Electric engineering (KSU) in 2000.

Mr. Ibrahim Al Hurabi is currently SVP & Chief Audit Executive of the Internal Audit Group of Bank Al Jazira.
As the Chief Auditor, Ibrahim Al Hurabi’s responsibilities include managing internal audit activities of the bank and its subsidiaries, co-sourcing internal audit engagements, being secretary of the bank’s Board Audit Committee, engaging external auditors and coordinating with regulatory agencies including SAMA.
Prior to his position at Bank Al Jazira, Ibrahim Al Hurabi worked at the Communication and Information Technology Commission (CITC) as General Manager for Finance and Administration and held various positions at SAMA. He also worked at the Zakat and Income Department.
